The Palawan Scientist
Modernized the official website for The Palawan Scientist journal by establishing the foundation for its migration from WordPress to Open Journal Systems (OJS) 3.3. Configured the initial environment and migration pipeline, and custom-developed the responsive frontend interface from the ground up to deliver a clean, modern reading experience for the academic community.

Built on the standard SF-12 framework, the tool streamlines internal data gathering and automatically generates aggregated summaries, providing the RIDE Office with actionable insights to support institutional personnel and research capacity planning.
